At ECA Cleaning, we want you to feel as fresh as your new wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. Ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ECA Cleaning account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original sustainable packaging, ensuring that all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
